Naciye Schmidt
Managing Partner
The boss – better known as the incarnation of creativity – regularly surprises with crazy ideas and ingenious concepts. After many years of working as a PR consultant for top national and international brands in the lifestyle, food & beverage sectors, the Managing Director and owner of MIT-SCHMIDT Kommunikation founded what we call our second home in 2004. And that is indeed what the agency is! Our customers love her for her authentic, warm and open character. Her great passion is networking: Bringing people, projects and ideas together – whether it’s a great media cooperation or a new sales approach.
Anne-Katrin Kohlmorgen
Senior PR and Social Media Consultant
Actually, Anne has to be mentioned in the same breath as Naciye, because she’s the long-time congenial counterpart. These two are our dynamic duo that is irreplaceable for us as a team and also for the customers. On the one hand the creative whirlwind Naciye, on the other hand the down-to-earth Anne who keeps everything in view. The latter studied successfully the communications management before she entered the professional world of PR in 2011 and worked her way up and built a career at MIT-SCHMIDT.
Nelli Gerner
Senior Graphic Designer
Anything that isn’t absolutely great never leaves her desk. With a head full of ideas and her heart in the right place, she creates equally innovative and timeless designs down to the smallest detail. There is only one thing that Nelli dislikes: boredom. Maybe that’s why she’s into thaiboxing to compensate for her artistic and peaceful work with her hands – anything else would be too normal.
For our customers Nelli gives free rein to her creativity and good taste and conjures up ingenious designs. She has a special expertise in the field of packaging design. Nelli can look back on a seven-year career in which she has already created packaging designs for many German and international breweries and distilleries as well as for private labels of large retail chains.
Rachel Stamm
Art Director
Rachel is our creative head and the good soul. She’s a bit of a perfectionist who doesn’t put her pen down until the client is 110% satisfied. Raised on a farm and a true nature lover, she was nevertheless drawn to the big city to study. And she had come to stay! Although she now works in our small agency in the countryside outside of Hamburg, she commutes to us from the city every day. And that’s good, because what would we be without her equally fantastic and original ideas?
Apart from that, she always has an open ear for everyone and is not only available to customers for advice and support. Rachel is a real calming influence, simple and uncomplicated and relaxed without exception even in crisis situations.
Simona Albers
Senior Art Director
Because they don’t know what they are doing? No, you can’t say that about our graphics. With her trained eye, she always sees exactly where the icing on the cake is missing in the layout.
She is mercilessly honest and just as demanding in her work. We are super happy to be able to count Simona to our team. We can always rely on her and actually everything is always ready one day before the deadline.

Calling media is something for volunteers or trainees? On the contrary! We work with our secret weapon Silke who has 18 years of professional experience in PR in both the B2B and B2C sectors of various industries and markets.
A telephone talent that is second to none. Silke ensures that our clients’ messages find their way to the editorial offices by phone. With her professional know-how and great telephone voice, she has already achieved endless brand placements in the media.
Andreas Villaester
IT & Web Design
In a world that is turning its head towards online and where data and links are more important than letters, Andreas is the man!
Andreas usually keeps himself hidden in the backend – he solves all technical problems in the background and puts fantastic website ideas into practice on the side. This has earned him the nickname “digital architect”. With passion and an eye for detail, he builds modern and convincing websites that benefit small and large customers alike. His know-how brings every customer to a new web presence and thus to a whole new image.
Most of the time we don’t understand a word of what he says – but we trust him blindly and that with good reason.
Jakob Günther
Cameraman and Film Editor
Jakob is a competent one-man-production as a cameraman and film editor from Hamburg.
He started his own business during his film studies and has since realized a wide variety of projects: from image and event films to music videos, short films or work on large film sets. Thus, he is also used to working with large crews, through which a large network of freelancers from all trades of the film industry has developed over the years.
This makes it easy to realize projects that require a larger crew. His client portfolio includes the Hamburger Abendblatt, Deutsche Bahn, RTL Nord and Perspektive Media.
Kamil Lis
IT & Web Design
With a Bachelor’s degree in IT and eBusiness, Kamil has made it his mission to help local, small and medium-sized businesses with their IT processes and get the most out of their online strategies. He lives out his passion for online marketing in the most diverse and industry-independent projects of the customers and is available to both you and us with his IT expertise in word and deed.
Joscha Thelosen
2D Animator/Illustrator
After studying communication design, Joscha moved Hamburg, where he has now been living and working for 7 years.
Since 2014 he has been working as a freelance filmmaker in the field of 2D animation and illustration, specializing mainly in animated explainer videos. Since then, he has produced over 60 films, including for the World Climate Conference COP23 in Bonn, Sparkasse, Deutsche Atemwegsliga e.V. or Parcellock.
