Naciye Schmidt
Managing Partner
The boss – better known as the incarnation of creativity – regularly surprises with crazy ideas and ingenious concepts. After working for many years as a PR consultant for national and international top brands in the lifestyle, food & beverage sectors, the managing director and owner of MIT-SCHMIDT Kommunikation founded what we can now call our second home in 2004. And this is actually the agency! With Naciye at the helm, we don’t just enjoy heaps of fresh fruit and homemade lunches. In addition to balm for our stomachs, there is also balm for the soul. Our customers also love them for their authentically warm and open manner. Her great passion is making contacts: bringing people, projects and ideas together – regardless of whether it is a great media cooperation or a new sales approach.
Anne-Katrin Kohlmorgen

Actually, you have to name Anne in the same breath as Naciye, because the long-time companion forms a perfect match with the managing director, both sides of which are irreplaceable for us as a team and also for the customers. On the one hand the creative whirlwind Naciye, on the other hand the down-to-earth Anne who keeps an eye on everything. She successfully studied communication management before she entered the professional world of PR in 2011 and worked her way up the individual rungs of the career ladder at MIT-SCHMIDT from the inexperienced trainee.
Nelli Gerner
Senior Graphic Designer
What’s not absolutely great doesn’t leave her desk. With a head full of ideas and a heart in the right place, our team not only makes them perfect, but also designs innovative and timeless designs down to the smallest detail. Only one thing it must never be: boring. Maybe that’s why she goes to Thai boxing in her spare time to compensate for her artistic and peaceful work with her hands – everything else would be too normal.
For our customers Nelli gives free rein to her creativity and her good taste and conjures up ingenious designs. She has particular expertise in the field of packaging design. Here Nelli can look back on a seven-year career in which she has already created packaging designs for many German and international breweries and distilleries as well as for private labels of large retail chains.
Rachel Stamm

Rachel is our creative mind and good soul. She is a little perfectionist who only puts down the pen when the customer is 110% satisfied. Having grown up on a farm and still a real country bumpkin at heart, she was still drawn to the big city to study. And she’s here to stay! Although she now works in our small agency in the countryside outside of Hamburg, she commutes to us from the city every day. And that’s good, because where would we be without our Hamburger Deern with their fantastic and original ideas?
Apart from that, she always has an open ear for everyone and not only supports the customers with words and deeds. Rachel is a real haven of peace, simple and uncomplicated and invariably relaxed even in crisis situations.

Marja is our little baby and “busy little bee” who supports us twice a week after school. She lives up to her name – Marja is a really busy bee. She is particularly theres Community Management –no wonder, since it is clearly a social media native!
Whether maintaining lists, finding media data, translating articles or creating clippings: Marja does it and, above all, flawlessly. With her calm and level-headed nature, she is also an animal magnet. Watching Marja develop is simply fun and we are convinced that she has a wonderful career ahead of her. Maybe as a PR consultant?

Calling the media afterwards is something for the volunteers or trainees? Not with us! At this point we use our secret weapon Silke. And with that: 18 years of professional experience in PR in both the B2B and B2C areas of different industries and markets.
A telephone talent that is second to none. Silke ensures that our customers’ messages find their way to the editorial offices over the phone. Letting go is not her thing. With her professional know-how, the engaging manner and the great telephone voice, she has already achieved countless brand placements in the media.

In a world that is increasingly taking place online and where data and links are more important than letters and faxes, Andreas is our man!
Andreas usually hides in the backend – he solves all technical problems in the background and implements fantastic website ideas on the side. This has earned him the nickname “digital architect” from us. Because with passion and an eye for detail, he builds modern and convincing websites from which small and large customers benefit equally. His know-how brings every customer to a new website and thus to a completely new image.
We usually don’t understand a word of what he says in his technical jargon – but we trust him blindly.
Jakob Günther
Cameraman and film editor
As a cameraman and film editor from Hamburg, Jakob is a competent one-man production.
He started his own business while he was studying film and since then he has implemented a wide variety of projects: from image and event films to music videos to short films or work on large film sets. He is also used to working with large crews, which has created a large network of freelancers from all areas of the film industry over the years.
This means that projects can also be implemented without any problems, for which a larger crew is required. His customer portfolio includes, for example, the Hamburger Abendblatt, Deutsche Bahn, RTL Nord and Perspektive Media.

With his bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and eBusiness, Kamil has made it his mission to support local, small and medium-sized companies in their IT processes and to get the best out of their online strategies. He lives out his passion for online marketing in the most diverse and industry-independent projects of the customers and supports both you and us with his IT expertise.
Joscha Thelosen
After studying communication design, Joscha moved to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg, where he has been living and working for 7 years.
He has been working as a freelance filmmaker in the field of 2D animation and illustration since 2014, specializing in animated explainer videos. Since then he has produced over 60 films, including for the COP23 world climate conference in Bonn, Sparkasse, Deutsche Atemwegsliga e.V. and Parcellock.
